This FAQ section covers common questions about installation, power supply, safety, maintenance, warranty, and support for assistive mobility devices such as stairlifts, hoists, home lifts, and wheelchair platforms.

Yes. Many of our products, such as wheelchair lifts, patient hoists, and home lifts, are designed for this purpose and support 120–300 kg depending on the model.

Transit period depends on a wide variety of factors – such as order type, quantity, number of mixed products in one shipment, shipping mode, or delays at customs at destination. Normally Shipments can be made within 3-4 weeks from date of receipt of order.

1-year unconditional replacement warranty: If any defect or failure occurs within 12 months, we replace the product at no cost.

5-year after-sales support: Guaranteed spare parts, maintenance, and repairs by our service team.

Absolutely. All devices are built with user safety in mind and include safety belts, stop sensors, and easy-to-use controls.

No. The devices are designed for clean installation with no damage to walls or floors.

It depends on the product.

  • Portable / not site-specific (patient hoists, mobile commode chairs, portable/modular ramps, floor lift chairs): Yes. These can be disassembled and reinstalled easily in a new place with minimal cost.
  • Site-specific / custom-fit (stairlifts, home lifts, vertical/wheelchair platform lifts): Possible, but the rail/shaft is made to your staircase or site. Relocation needs a new survey and new rail/structure; you can usually reuse the chair/drive. It’s cheaper than buying a full new unit, but not as simple as moving a portable device.

Depending on the product, some devices operate on household electricity and others on rechargeable batteries. In battery-operated devices, power is mainly used for charging.

Battery-equipped products usually have emergency systems and continue safe operation during power outages. Batteries are easy to replace.

No. Power consumption in standby mode is minimal and has negligible impact on electricity costs.
