Cleaning the lift is very easy and does not require any special tools; with a few minutes of regular care, both the appearance and performance stay in great condition.

What do you need?

• A soft microfiber cloth
• Lukewarm water + mild detergent (e.g. diluted dish soap)
• A dry cloth for finishing

Quick step-by-step routine

1. Switch the lift off and, if possible, turn the main key to OFF.
2. Wipe the body, armrests, seat and footrest with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
3. Dust the rail using a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
4. Keep the area around buttons and the charger completely dry.
5. Use a small vacuum to remove dust and lint around the rail.

Recommended schedule

• Weekly: dust the seat, armrests and rail
• Monthly: full wipe-down with a mild cleaner
• Every 6 months: service by an authorised technician (check sensors, batteries and connections)

Avoid the following

• Bleach, acids and strong solvents (thinner, gasoline) — they can dull or damage components
• Spraying water or steam directly on the motor, control board or charger
• Oiling the rail without the manufacturer’s recommendation — it attracts dust.

Extra tips

• Clean leather/synthetic seat covers with a damp cloth and then dry them.
• Wipe the safety belt with a damp cloth and let it dry completely.
• If you have pets, remove hair and fluff around the rail more frequently.
